I'm a 26-year-old Southern girl...living along the coast of South Carolina...and in 2011 -- married the man of my dreams.
I was born in Frankfurt, Germany but thanks to my grandfather being in the civil service, he got stationed at Ft. Jackson- Columbia, South Carolina when I was only 11 months old. So I call the Palmetto State home!
I graduated from Lower Richland High School where I was very involved in so many different activities. I then decided to head to the coast for my freshman year of college and attended the College of Charleston. But it was just a year later when my Gamecock roots brought me back to Columbia to attend the University of South Carolina, where I graduated with a degree in broadcast journalism in December 2007.
Some of my passions is clogging, which led me to minor in dance at USC. I've competed in numerous competitions for 15 years, including the Miss American Clogger Pageant. During this time, I was also named to the Palmetto Finest Clogging Team and the All American Clogging Team.
While at USC, I became a charter member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority and was very involved with different philanthropies including Camp Fire USA and Relay For life.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with her friends and family, as well as traveling. I'm also a team mom for Dave's softball team. That hobby alone keeps us very busy from spring until fall...which is just in time for football season. I'm a huge Carolina Gamecocks fan and love to cheer on my team.
